“In the summer of 2012 I retained Hammond Residential to sell my five bedroom house in Newton. Ann Marie Paul and Kathy Krongel visited the house and discussed the state of the market and listened carefully to my needs. I wanted to maximize value and was willing to wait up to six months to sell the house. Kathy and Ann Marie advised me to spend about $5,000 decorating and, at their expense, ‘staged’ the house to be most attractive to the target market.
